Players use their feet and head to get the ball over the net in an attempt to score points. The game is played between two teams of 2 players, on a galvanised steel rectangle court in 60sqm of space, enclosed by safety glass and divided with a net in the centre. Each team must try to outscore the other using the tennis scoring system, so the best of either 3 or 5 sets.
